Abvius is an integrated management platform designed specifically for NGOs and international solidarity organizations. It brings together in a single tool the essential functions of an organization's operations: financial management, operational steering, and MEAL tracking (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning).

Our story

Abvius was born from a simple observation: existing tools are not built for the realities of the sector. Too generic, too expensive, too fragmented, they force teams to juggle disparate software, waste time on re-entry, and cobble together solutions where they should be focusing on their impact.

All members of the Abvius team have worked in NGOs or within international solidarity organizations. They know the field constraints, reporting cycles imposed by donors, multi-site coordination challenges, and the constant pressure on resources. It is this direct experience that shaped the design of the product, and continues to guide every evolution.
