Password reset email not received
You followed the procedure above but received nothing in your inbox?
- Check your spam folder. The email titled Reset your password may have ended up there by mistake.
- Make sure you used the correct email address associated with your abvius account. You will only receive a password reset email if you use that address.
- Still nothing? Your account may be blocked. In that case, refer to the cases below.
Blocked account
Your account can be blocked in certain cases.
Account blocked after too many attempts
For security reasons, after 10 unsuccessful login attempts, abvius automatically blocks the account for 1 hour.
You will then receive an email titled Unblock your abvius account letting you know that your account has been blocked. You can wait for the automatic unblocking after one hour or use the link sent by email to unblock your account directly. You can then log in again.
Unblock email not received
If you don't have an email from abvius in your inbox (or in your spam folder), here is how to proceed:
- From the Blocked account page displayed, click Didn't receive an email? Resend an email.
- Check your inbox to find the email from abvius (it may be in your spam folder) then follow the instructions provided.
Account blocked by the company or firm managing your access
If your account has been blocked by your company or accounting firm, get in touch with them to clarify the situation and unblock your account, if applicable.
Account blocked by abvius
It is rare but it can happen that we need to block your access. You are likely in one of the following cases:
- You have suspended your subscription.
- You have not paid your subscription despite reminders.
- You have more users on the platform than your subscription allows.
- You have not yet signed the direct debit mandate after billing transfer.
Contact your account manager or our support team to unblock the situation.

If none of the solutions above resolves your login issue, our support team is available via chat directly from the login pages, at the bottom right of your screen.
Click Issue? Contact support to get in touch with them.
We will do our best to give you quick access to your abvius account.
